Cancellation policy

At Noor Ala Nur, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our purchase and cancellation policy below before completing your order.
1. Purchase Options
We offer the following purchase options:
- Standard Purchases: Buy prayer mats directly through our website.
- Pre-orders: Occasionally we offer pre-orders for new or restocked items. The estimated delivery date will be clearly stated on the product page.
- Limited Edition Drops: These items are produced in small batches and may sell out quickly. All sales are final.
2. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this:
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
- After this window, we cannot cancel your order, as it may already be in the packing or shipping stage.
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at nooralanoorofficial@gmail.com with your full name and order number.
3. Pre-Order Cancellations
- Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted, as production will already be in progress.
4. Non-Cancellable Items
We do not accept cancellations for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as “final sale”
5. Refunds on Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved within the eligible time frame, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
