Shipping policy

At Noor Ala Nur, we aim to ensure your order is packaged with care and delivered to you as smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping terms below before placing your order.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During peak periods (e.g., launches, sales), processing times may be extended slightly.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer Australia-wide shipping and may offer international shipping in the future.

Standard Shipping (Australia):

  • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days, depending on your location.
  • Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our site or social media.


4. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before finalising your order.

Noor Ala Nur is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional postage fees.

 

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel is handed to the courier, it is out of our control. If your order is delayed or marked as lost, please contact the courier using your tracking number.

6. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from Kingsgrove, NSW by appointment only.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with “order is ready for pickup”.  Once you receive that email you would need to email us on nooralanoorofficial@gmail.com to book in a time for collection. Orders must be collected within 5 days of receiving the pickup notification unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If your order is not collected within the 5-day period and we do not receive a response after multiple contact attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Cancelled pickup orders are non-refundable.
Please ensure you arrange a suitable pickup time promptly after receiving your collection notification.
